What we keep
To deliver what you bought we keep the details you type at checkout:
- Your Minecraft username and its UUID (Minecraft items).
- Your Steam ID (ARK and Palworld items).
- Your Discord user ID (to give you your role and to help you in a ticket).
- What you bought, when, and your Tebex transaction ID.
Why we keep it
Only to deliver your items, to keep them working while you own them, to help you if something goes wrong and to remove them after a chargeback or refund. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not share it with anyone else except as described below.
Who else sees it
- Tebex Limited takes your payment. It sees your name, email and payment details and is responsible for them. We never see your card or bank details. Read the Tebex privacy policy for how it uses them.
- Cloudflare runs a short security check (Turnstile) on the checkout page to stop bots.
- Discord and the game servers see your IDs and names, because that is where the items are delivered.
On your device
The basket is saved only in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there if you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on the store. The Tebex checkout window and the security check load from their own servers only when you press the checkout button.
How long
We keep your delivery details for as long as you own the item, and your purchase records for as long as we need them for support and for tax and fraud rules. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we keep about you, ask us to fix it or ask us to delete it. Open a ticket on our Discord. We may keep what we must keep by law, and deleting your delivery details can mean losing the perks that depend on them.
Age
If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you buy or send us your details.
