Who you buy from
BlackFlames runs the game servers and decides what each item gives you in game. Our payment partner Tebex Limited ("Tebex") is the merchant of record: it sells the item to you and handles the payment, receipts, taxes and billing questions. Your purchase contract for the payment is with Tebex.
What you are buying
Ranks, titles, chunk loaders and one-time support are digital items for one game server. A rank on All the Mods 10 does not work on SkyFactory 4, ARK or Palworld, and the other way round. Every item page says which server it is for.
Perks are cosmetic or convenience only. Nothing in the store makes you stronger against other players. There are no loot boxes and no random rewards.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euro (EUR) and include sales tax. Upgrading to a higher rank on the same server means you only pay the difference to the rank you already own. Ranks, titles, chunk loaders and one-time support are charged once and never renew.
Delivery
Items are delivered right after payment to the accounts you typed in at checkout (your Minecraft name or Steam ID, and your Discord user ID). Check them before you pay: we cannot move an item to another account unless we made the mistake.
If you are not online when you pay, the item waits for you and arrives the next time you join. If something does not arrive, open a ticket on our Discord with your Tebex transaction ID.
Who may buy
If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian to agree before you buy. Do not use a payment method that is not yours.
Rules of the servers
Buying an item does not put you above the server rules. If you are banned for breaking them, the items you bought stay linked to the banned account and you are not owed a refund.
If a payment is reversed (a chargeback or a dispute opened without talking to us first), the items from that payment are removed and we may refuse future sales to that account.
Changes
We can rebalance a perk, for example when a mod updates or a server changes, but we will not remove what a rank is sold for without telling you on our Discord first. Servers can be down for maintenance; that does not entitle you to a refund. If a server is shut down for good, we will say so on our Discord ahead of time.
